The Offgrid Solar Forum is a biennial international conference and exhibition organised by GOGLA, an industry association for solar systems that provide electricity independent of the grid. Co-organisers this year were Lighting Global, a World Bank initiative to electrify off-grid villages and towns, and the Ministry of Infrastructure in Rwanda.
