Country Director Water for People Rwanda
Perpetue is an experienced leader, policy and advocacy advisor who has been heavily invested in supporting local governments for over 20 years in the water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector. She has worked for the Rwanda’s Ministry of Infrastructure (formerly Ministry of Public Works and Energy), and several international non-profit organizations (INGO). Perpetue also served as an independent consultant in the areas of planning and impact evaluation for several INGOs. Her key skills include strategic planning, program monitoring, impact evaluation, partnership development, influence, systems strengthening, and learning.
Perpetue has a degree in Development, a Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and a master’s degree in Project Planning and Management
